Six months ago, I decided to sell my house in Fresh Meadows. And I know during the pandemic, it is not easy to sell a house. There are problems; you can't have people come in, whatever. The most important thing was to get the right agent. And everybody told me to use Chani. And they told me that she is honest, is trustworthy, and works hard for the seller. She came over, I liked her, and I signed the MLS listing. A lot of agents just list homes. They do not sell homes. Chani sells homes. She has the buyers and she knows what to do. She brought me three buyers with pre-approved mortgages and a full asking price. That was not good enough. She wanted to make sure that these people will go all the way to the end and close. And sure enough, the one I chose gave me more than my asking price. Chani was there every step of the way. She made sure to walk me and the buyers through. She knows what to do and what the lawyer is supposed to do. And it was a wonderful experience all the way through. I can't tell you how grateful I am to have met her - to make this experience so less stressful, especially with the pandemic. It was wonderful experience. And I highly recommend that if someone wants to sell their home to call Chani because she will do the right job.

After living in our home of 34 years in Fresh Meadows my wife and I decided to cash in on our well renovated home. It was a big deal for us and we wanted to make sure that we had the best realtors. We interviewed four different realtors and were very fortunate that Exit Realty made their pitch to us. They were easily the most persuasive, best prepared and most convincing of the four. When Solomon Davydov and his associate Tammy took us on I knew we were in good hands. My wife and I were undecided about when to list the house. It was the dead of winter and I thought we might get more activity when the weather got warmer. Solomon advised us to list when it was bitter cold. He told us that we would get a more serious buyer. A lot of people like to go look at houses when the weather’s nice but only folks who are really serious about purchasing come out when the days are hard and cold. His advice proved to be correct. We were able to sell our house in less than 5 weeks. My wife and I weren’t keen to the idea of an open house so Solomon and Exit were able to accommodate us with individual showings where we were able to remain in the house, and all of the prospective buyers were prescreened as qualified buyers before the showings were even scheduled. Solomon and Tammy and Exit provided us with a smooth, orderly and efficient sale. They were up front and honest throughout the entire process and I felt I was in the best and most experienced hands.
